Our recruitment and direct/exec search terms:
From 1x salary fee: our fee totals in from the 1x monthly gross salary range (or 8,34% of the candidate's gross annual salary), we can offer the best rate on the market.Success fee only: for our recruitment and direct/executive search services, you pay us a fee once when you decide to hire a candidate we have assessed and introduced. If no candidates are hired, no fees are to be paid.
Warranty: if the hired person does not meet your expectations, we will repeat the process at no additional fee.
