Privacy Policy for Innovation.hr.

Right to object: you have a legal right to object at any time to processing of your personal information.

Innova Capitals Sp. z o.o. (or referred to as "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of all the candidates and all the clients. We will ensure that the information you submit to us, or which we collect (including written and/or e-mail correspondence, on-line assessments and meetings and/or phone conversations with our consultants), is only used for the purposes set out in this policy. We ensure compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the national laws in Poland.

What kind of information we collect: we collect your personal details, including but not limited to your name and contact details and other relevant information from your CV and gathered during the course of our relationship with you, including the assessments.

How we use your personal data: we keep and use your personal data for our assessment and recruitment services, to match your data with job vacancies, to assist us in finding suitable positions and to send your personal data to clients in order to apply for jobs vacancies, and to notify you about future job opportunities (other than the specific ones for which you have contacted us). We can also disclose your personal data to clients who have vacancies for jobs in which you are interested.

How long we will keep your personal data: the time we keep your personal data for will depend on the services we perform for you.

Assessments results: for some of the recruitment services, we need to proceed with your for an assessment procedure. You need to do this either by applying for a specific advertised job or for consideration by our recruitment consultants for positions as they come up. Your assessments results will be stored in our database, and will be accessible by our recruitment consultants.

Your rights on your personal data we keep: you have rights in relation to personal data we keep about you:

  • - right of access: you have the right at any time to ask us for a copy of the personal data about you that we keep,
  • - right of correction: you have the right to have your personal data rectified, updated or completed if your personal data we keep about you is inaccurate or out of date,
  • - right to be forgotten: you have the right to request that the personal data we keep about you is permanently deleted, for instance if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected,
  • - right to object to or restrict processing.
